Tonnarella and Tramaglio houses
A 10-minute drive from Marciana Marina and 5 from Procchio, located in “Il Bagno” area, the Tramaglio and the Tonnarella are two examples of unique Elban tradition: the first, home to many centuries-old farming families, the second, with direct access to the beach , used as storage for fishing boats, especially those dedicated to tuna fishing. Hence the name, precisely.
The two houses, recently renovated and well separated from each other, have separate street accesses but a fenced garden in common and, if rented together, offer up to 15 beds. As the garden is shared, unfortunately it is not possible to accept family bookings with dogs.
Tramaglio’s house
The house has been recently restored respecting the Elban style. It has got 5 bedrooms linked to the large entrance hall and 2 full bathrooms on the first floor. On the floor below, a full kitchen with a terrace for breakfast, a pantry, a toilet, a large living room with a fireplace and large windows leading onto another large garden terrace overlooking the gulf and beach below. Heating for stays even in low season.

La Tonnarella
Just 2 km from Marciana Marina a delightful Tuscan-style cottage right on the beach of Bagno, with its white pebbles, little known and therefore never crowded. The house is surrounded by a large garden with many plants of different species and is adjacent to the ancient tonnara of the Bath. Access is independent from the road with a closed car park for 2 cars and a small street in the garden to reach the house. Three comfortable rooms, one of which is very large and overlooks the patio and lawn. Possibility to eat outdoor barbecue available. Bus stop right in front of the house.
Then annexed to the main building, we then have a large party room with a charming fireplace and an additional bathroom with shower.
