final cleaning is mandatory and the cost is 150 euros. Small-medium sized short-haired dogs are allowed with an extra cleaning fee of 30 euros, but need to be always kept under control, as there is another house in the same land.
The bath/bed linen is not included: it can be brought from home for free or rented at a cost of 15 euros per person (to be requested in advance)
Cancellation terms: up to 28 days before arrival there are no penalties, beyond this date 100% of the deposit will be retained.
